Assistant Academy Director - First Baptist Church Celina
The Assistant Academy Director will be responsible for managing all aspects of Academy operations and meeting the state licensing requirements as outlined in the Minimum Standards for Child Care Centers. The Assistant Academy Director will promote and instill corporate values, vision and goals. The Assistant Academy Director will foster and maintain positive relationships with Academy staff, key host church staff, parents, students, vendors and the local community while providing strategic leadership and oversight of the academy.
The Assistant Academy Director will actively serve as a minister of the gospel in support of spiritual outcomes of Lionheart’s vision and mission. The successful Assistant Academy Director will shepherd the academy like Christ with prayer, ministry from Scripture, and development for kingdom impact. Embedding this ministerial focus into all aspects of academy life processes from personal intimacy with Christ, supported by regular engagement in spiritual disciplines including prayer, Scripture reading, reflection, confessions, and active involvement in a local church. The Assistant Academy Director will fully support the Lionheart Statement of Faith and Guidelines for Biblical Living, submitting to the authority of their senior pastoral authority.
The Assistant Academy Director will report directly to the Academy Director and have indirect reports from academy support staff.
Salary - Based on Experience and Education

Compensation: $45,000 - 51,000 per year(based on Experience and Education)
Job Classification: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Bonus Structure: $3,000 yearly
